Talar is a highly educated stylist with over fifteen years of experience. She has completed advanced training with Keune, Redken, Milbon, SO.CAP. USA hair extensions, Bellami hair extensions, Global Keratin, multiple advanced education for Balayage, Vivid coloring and all over blonding techniques .
